At the annual awards dinner last Saturday, not only were star players from Withycombe Rugby Football Club recognised for their season’s play but a special mention was given to Eat With Englands for their superb dinner.

I would just like to say how excited we are at having chosen your company for our Daughter’s wedding. Ian was very sceptical about the whole of Kathryn’s wedding arrangement – he wanted the venue at a big Hotel in Torquay, and was not at all happy at her choice. That was until he met up with you at the Ness, he recognised how very organised and in control you are, and so enthusiastic about the whole event. We can now look forward to a wonderful happy relaxing day knowing you are part of it.

Brides from overseas

As more of you lovely ladies who are living abroad return to the UK to celebrate their special days with family and frieds, I can only put your minds at rest. Eat With Englands are used to not only providing the best quality food found anywhere, but also helping with loads of other arrangements too. Like finding the ideal venue, liasing with Mums and Dads and doing all that we can to ensure that you have the day of your dreams.

What a wonderful thing it is when the Eat With Englands team meet the bride and groom on the day of their wedding.

Why not visit the Eat With Englands stand at the Wedding Fayre at Kennaway House, Sidmouth on 6th November 2011. Lots of ideas for your forthcoming special event and the chance to meet with the Events Manager in an informal setting and beautiful surroundings. What better way to spend a Sunday? Dear Jeanette, Thank you to you and your team for making our day so fantastic. so many of our guests commented on how amazing the food was and how excellent your staff and service were – we were so, so happy with how everything went. We wanted to write and thank you for all that you did for our wedding (May 2011) Firstly the food - it was absolutely stunning and we received so many comments about how fantastic the lamb was. ALL the vegetarians couldn't stop talking abut their food - with so many of them saying it was the best vegetarian food they'd ever been served. Secondly thank everyone at Eat With Englands for the sheer love and attention you bestowed on me, my family and all involved. You made Ade and I feel so happy and confident that you had everything in hand and that's what every bride needs - a million thank yous.

Please remember that SatNavs are not always the complete answer to location finding, especially if you are in the country.

Appropriate signage is a must, both balloons and posters are ideal, but don’t forget to ensure that they are removed after your special day – another job for an Usher??

Lanterns and fireworks

If you are thinking of lighting lanterns or fireworks after dark please be aware that in some locations/venues they are frowned upon.

It is understandable that farmers and venue hosts are anxious if there is livestock close by, so please check first. Alternatively ask us to find out for you, just another service we can offer.
