Q: Can you cater anywhere?
A: We cover the whole of the south west of England. Our portfolio includes catering at prestigious castles, stately homes, village halls, and on board boats. We welcome the challenge of catering in unusual locations!
Q: Are there any hidden costs?
A: Not at all! Everything is included in the quote price, from preparation to disposal. The price on your quotation is the price that you will end up paying, leaving your mind in peace as you budget for the rest of your event.
Q: I have guests who are vegetarian or require gluten / dairy food, can you help?
A: We are happy to cater for vegetarians, or guests with allergies at no extra cost. We regularly cater for vegetarians and clients with special dietary requirements and our chefs have a wealth of experience in this area.
Q: I want a bar at my event, will this cost the earth?
A: Not at all. We charge a minimal fee for setting up a bar, guests then buy their alcohol as at a regular bar. We supply a range of drinks, and can even supply your favourite real ale or cocktail!
Q: I would like to supply my own drinks, but do not want to worry about the hassle of serving and pouring, can you do this for me?
A: Of course! We are happy to provide drinks waiters to take care of all necessary requirements at your event. Our staff will even chill your drinks to the correct temperature before serving. Whether it is a champagne reception, a bar service, or just keeping table wines topped up, our waiting staff can help!
Q: Can you take care of glasses, cutlery and crockery?
A: We have close ties with one of the south wests leading hire companies. We do not add a surcharge to any of the hire items, so the price we charge you is the price you would pay if you went direct. Our only fee is a small one-off administration fee, this will ensure we take delivery of the items for you, count them in and out, and take full liability for any losses or breakages.
Q: And what about table linen, napkins, even the tables and chairs?
A: We can take care of all this too! In fact, there isn't much we aren't prepared to do to take the worry out of your event. From finding the right colour napkins to helping with centre pieces, we have a wealth of contacts throughout the industry to call on.
Q: Can I arrange a tasting before confirming my booking?
A: It is only natural that you will want to sample the quality of our cooking before you book us. We are happy to arrange a complimentary tasting session at a location of your choosing. We can even lay up a table for you, so you can check our presentation and be assured that everything will look perfect.
Q: How do I secure a booking?
A: To hold the date for you, we require a non-refundable deposit of 10%. This will then be offset against your final invoice after the event.
